Industrial Dust Control Paint Additive

RepelX helps reduce static-driven dust attraction on interior painted surfaces in production areas, maintenance rooms, warehouses, shops, and industrial facilities.

For industrial spaces, RepelX is a practical additive for interior latex or acrylic paint that helps walls, trim, doors, and support-area surfaces resist static-driven dust attraction.

Why production spaces collect dust

Production areas often have airborne dust from cutting, sanding, packaging, powder, fibers, traffic, and ventilation. Painted walls and trim can hold static charge, which makes fine particles cling more stubbornly.

Where to test first

Start with a side-by-side in a visible high-dust area: one section at 1 oz per gallon and one section at 1.5 oz per gallon. Track dust buildup, wipe-down time, and surface appearance over a normal work cycle.

Good-fit environments

RepelX is a fit for interior support areas, production corridors, maintenance rooms, equipment rooms, office-adjacent plant spaces, storage areas, and painted surfaces that are cleaned repeatedly.

Important limits

RepelX does not replace ventilation, dust collection, PPE, sanitation, or plant maintenance. It is a surface additive for compatible interior paint.

Quick Questions

Can RepelX be used in production facilities?

Yes, when mixed as directed into compatible interior water-based latex or acrylic paint. Test first under the facility conditions.

What dose should an industrial facility test?

Use 1 oz per gallon as the standard dose and test 1.5 oz per gallon in heavy airborne dust areas. Do not exceed 1.5 oz per gallon.

Does it replace dust collection?

No. It supports easier surface maintenance but does not replace dust collection, filtration, ventilation, or cleaning programs.
