Where it fits
RepelX fits commercial repaints, builder punch-list work, apartment turnover painting, office refreshes, service corridors, common areas, maintenance rooms, warehouses, and production support spaces.
Application workflow
RepelX is mixed into compatible interior water-based latex or acrylic paint before application. After mixing, painters can brush, roll, or spray the treated paint using their normal process.
Bid and pilot guidance
Use the standard 1 oz per gallon dose for residential and commercial work. In heavier airborne dust environments, compare 1 oz per gallon beside 1.5 oz per gallon in a small test area. Do not exceed 1.5 oz per gallon without direct guidance.
What to tell clients
RepelX helps reduce static-driven dust attraction on painted surfaces. It does not eliminate dust, replace cleaning, replace ventilation, or act as paint by itself.
Quick Questions
Can painters spray treated paint?
RepelX is intended to be mixed thoroughly into compatible interior paint, then applied using the painter's normal brush, roller, or spray workflow. Test with the exact equipment and paint system first.
Will it affect color or sheen?
RepelX is formulated to preserve appearance at the directed dose. Always test with the exact paint, color, sheen, surface, and application method before rollout.
Is it for exterior work?
No. RepelX is intended for interior use only and is not intended for exterior paint or weather-exposed surfaces.
