RepelX Pilot Report Template

Use this format when testing RepelX in a facility, warehouse, contractor job, apartment turnover, or production support area.

This is a reporting template, not a claim of completed results. It helps teams document what they tested, what paint they used, and what they saw over time.

Basic project notes

  • Project name or location
  • Date painted
  • Paint brand, line, sheen, and color
  • Surface type, such as wall, trim, door, corridor, or utility room
  • Application method, such as brush, roller, or spray

Test areas

  • Control area: same paint without RepelX
  • RepelX standard area: 1 oz per gallon
  • Optional heavy-dust comparison: 1.5 oz per gallon
  • Do not exceed 1.5 oz per gallon without direct guidance

What to photograph

  • Freshly painted control area
  • Freshly painted RepelX area
  • Both areas after 7 days
  • Both areas after 30 days
  • Any high-touch or high-dust spots, such as corners, baseboards, doors, and vents

What to write down

  • Did dust show up faster in one area?
  • Did cleaning staff notice a difference?
  • Did the treated paint look normal after drying?
  • Was sheen or color acceptable with the exact paint system?
  • Would the team use the same dose again?
